Howdy, howdy, howdy. So i've been loosely keeping track of the party loot, and have tried to compile a list of all the crap we've plundered and figure out how much we can sell it all for. I dare say i've missed a bunch of stuff, but for the most part we've got a pretty tidy list of goods. Once we catalog it all, I was thinking of keeping track of it all each game and then updating this thread after every session. I kinda like the idea of keeping a small weapons cache in the glass works in case it might come in handy later. It seems like there should be some more loot from the warehouse heist. Also, I think you might have missed a gold holy symbol of Sarenrae from Ripnugget's treasury (100gp). He probably stole it from a nun. When dealing with huge piles of currency like that, I usually just simplify it by converting everything into gold pieces. It's so much easier to count that way. Which would make it about 672gp in small change. I was totally wrong about the value of platinum pieces, by the way. 1pp is worth 10gp, 1gp is worth 10sp, and 1sp is worth 10cp. I think the idea of platinum pieces being worth 100gp is a relic from earlier versions of Dungeons and Dragons, when nothing ever added up to a simple, round number. When men were men, and the rust monsters were hungry.

Yeah, I grabbed that Its the first piece of loot ive actually taken so far. Its made my AC 22, but I get a -3 to stealth checks Most of this is from Thistletop. I think the stuff in the Treasure section was from the heist, but I was under the impression most of that went to The Fog of War's plunder. If you can think of anything important that I missed, write it down...

I think there was talk of either Henric, Morkus or me taking the scimitar (I've got the +1 short sword now so I'm good) and Vae or Virgil taking the ivory dagger when we picked that sucker up.
Also, has the glassworks started generating gold yet or is there still action required from us to proceed with that? That's probably a metagame better reserved for another thread.

I think there was talk of either Henric, Morkus or me taking the scimitar (I've got the +1 short sword now so I'm good) and Vae or Virgil taking the ivory dagger when we picked that sucker up. Also, has the glassworks started generating gold yet or is there still action required from us to proceed with that? That's probably a metagame better reserved for another thread. I really don't need any more weapons at the moment. Unless we find a better Greataxe I'm pretty much set.

Just did a bit of math. If we sold all the treasure items here, plus all the treasure items from Thistletop, plus the profits from the glassworks, plus the money earned from selling plunder in Riddleport...
...It would amount to 11,569gp and 5sp. That's quite a lot of money. I'm not sure what percentage of that should be divied up amongst the party, and what you want to keep for developing Anchorhead or the Catacombs of Wrath, but dayem. That is some serious bank.

Is this accounting for the fact that I took the Cloak of Resistance +1? I'd like to keep 1900 of the plunder money for Anchorhead because it came from Skulls and Shackles, but the other 1800 should go to the party because it was from the heist and I played a pretty small role in that.

The 11,569 figure is only from selling the treasure items. That's without selling any magic items that might have a practical application.

Ooh! There's extra loot from Habe's Sanatorium! I misunderstood the way Necromancers work. They're not actually divine spellcasters at all, they are specialist wizards with some divine abilities, not the other way around. So guess what? There's an extra spellbook for Virgil Barclay to peruse! It contains the following spells: Spellbook of Caizarlu Zerren, the Necromancer. O Level Bleed, Detect Magic, Light, Mage Hand, Prestidigitation. 1st Level Chill Touch, Mage Armor, Magic Missile, Obscuring Mist, Ray of Enfeeblement, Cause Fear. 2nd Level Acid Arrow, Blindness/Deafness, Command Undead, Mirror Image, False Life, Ghoul Touch. 3rd Level Displacement, Stinking Cloud, Vampiric Touch, Gentle Repose, Halt Undead.

A war razor has the exact same stats as a dagger. So why not just call it dagger? Because war razor sounds cooler... I guess. The Stalker's Mask is a unique item only in Rise of the Runelords, here's its stat block: Stalker's Mask Slot: Head Aura: Faint Illusion (evil) Caster Level: 5th Weight: 1lb This mask is crafted from preserved sections harvested from several different human faces, draped one over another almost like scales and leaving the eyes and mouth exposed - the overall effect is similar to that of a scaled skull. When worn, the mask desaturates the wearer's colour, making him appear insubstantial and shadowy and granting a +5 competence bonus on stealth checks. Once per day as a full-round action, the wearer may cause the mask's features to take on the appearance of any creature within 60 feet that he observes, allowing the wearer to adopt the creature's appearance and giving him a +10 bonus on Disguise checks made to appear as the creature. As long as he wears this guise, the wearer gains a +2 bonus on attack rolls and weapon damage rolls made against the creature he is disguised as, the mask builds upon the wearer's rage and jealousy of the target's appearance.
